Slug wool pellets are safe for bees, hedgehogs, pets and the environment. The active ingredient, ferric phosphate, is an iron compound which naturally occurs in nature.

Vitax Slug Gone wool slug pellets are composed of 100% natural materials including phosphorous, nitrogen and potassium. As soon as water is added the fibres swell to form a barrier or insulation blanket. When slugs climb onto the fibres it irritates the foot and causes it to seek easier feeding elsewhere.

Slug Gone wool slug pellets are ideal for organic gardening and can be used in pots, flower beds, borders, allotments, herb gardens, nurseries, greenhouses and vegetable plots.
