How To Use

Treatment - This poultry house and run comes treated from the factory. However, we recommend treating the house and run again within a month of assembly or if its winter ideally before use. Use a good quality preserver ideally an oil or solvent-based product.
Repeat the treatment on your house and run once or twice a year as necessary. This will protect the wood of the poultry house and run and also help avoid mould spores forming in damp winter weather.

How to clean a poultry house
To keep your chickens new home nice and clean, use a natural mixture of vinegar and water. Use a thick-bristled brush to scrub the floors and walls clean of any droppings, dirt, stains or debris. Rinse and sweep out any left over water and allow the chicken house to air dry.
