Natural Thrip Control with Amblyline cucumeris
Natural Thrip Control with Amblyline cucumeris is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
This biological pest control solution provides a natural and effective way to manage thrips larvae in a variety of crops, including peppers, cucumbers, pot and bedding plants, strawberries, and cyclamen. The slow-release sachets allow for a steady release of the active agent over a six-week period, ensuring long-term protection and reducing the need for chemical interventions.
How It Works:
- Designed for preventative use, ensuring pest management even before infestations occur.
- Targets young thrips larvae, helping to maintain healthy plants.
- In the absence of thrips, the active agent remains sustained by pollen, ensuring continued effectiveness.
- The sachets contain a controlled-release system, allowing for a gradual and consistent distribution of the pest control solution.
Application Guidelines: Pack size 100
Hang sachets in sheltered locations in the crop, not exposed to direct sunlight. Sachets already have an exit hole. Hold sachets by the cardboard strip at the top, to avoid damaging the predatory mites. Storage time after receipt: Apply as soon as possible after receipt. If necessary, the product can be stored for 1-2 days. Storage temperature: 10-15°C/50-59°F. Storage conditions: In the dark, provide ventilation to prevent CO2 accumulation.
Application Rate: The dosage of Thripex-Plus depends on climate, crop and pest density and should always be adjusted to the particular situation. Start introduction preventively or as soon as the first pest mites are detected in the crop. Use at least 4,000 sachets per ha and hang them evenly spaced in the crop. Release should be repeated after 4 weeks if the pest is not controlled.
