This jam making set will enable you to make jams and chutneys at home. The kit includes the following:
Maslin Pan
This lightweight aluminium maslin pan is 30cm in diameter, 14cm deep and holds 8 litres.
Funnel
This wide mouth funnel (10cm) makes it easy to fill jars with jam or chutney. The base is just 3.5cm so it fits a huge range of jars.
Thermometer
The cooks thermometer is made of stainless steel, it is also suitable for confectionery and frying as well as jam making. The thermometer range of this thermometer is 40 to 200 °C in 2 °C divisions.
The thermometer has a handy clip on the back so you can attach it to the pan reducing the risk of it falling in the pan.
Jam Jars
6 x 280ml hexagonal jars for chutneys and preserves
Jam Jar Labels
Gingham labels to match the jam jar lids, pack of 10. Each label measures 8cm wide x 5cm high.
