All our delivery charges are applied at checkout based on your delivery address.
Shipping charges are as follows:
Standard delivery is 2-3 working days, Express is 1-2 workings. Express delivery will be sent the same day if ordered by 1pm.
All nematodes are sent on a 1st class tracked service.

The couriers we use are Royal Mail and DHL.
Please Note: It is important that you check your address when placing the order. If you have supplied us an incorrect address Gardening Naturally cannot be held responsible for a non-delivery.
95% of our orders are despatched within 24 hours of receipt and are usually despatched with Royal Mail on a 2-3-day service. Order that are placed over the weekend will usually be despatched on the following Monday however our warehouse is open at weekend so may get sent over a weekend.
When ordering large items or higher quantities, some orders can be split when sent via DHL and occasionally will arrive 1-2 days after. These orders may be split up between multiple packages. Occasionally this will result in packages arriving on separate days.
You can leave special delivery instructions when placing your order, for example 'please leave with neighbour’.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and send it out to you as soon as it is back in stock.
Tax Charges: The VAT rate is 20% VAT.
Credit Card Security: All payments are processed by Braintree. Gardening Naturally do not have access to your credit card information and cannot take any additional money.

Sorry, we only deliver within the UK at the moment. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
