This camera operates on a 2.4GHz WiFi network only and does not support 5GHz WiFi. Some broadband routers combine both frequencies under one network name, which can prevent the camera from connecting during setup. If this happens, connect your mobile device to the 2.4GHz network or separate the two frequencies within your router settings.
