The triple pulley system reduces the effort by a factor of three meaning that only 33% of the normal effort is necessary. The gearing mechanism also greatly reduces the amount of effort required, along with the 4mm steel blade coated which reduces friction.

The rope applies downward force to the tip of the lever arm which in turn moves the bypass blade which will sever branches up to an astounding 30mm with ease.

The toggle is easily adjusted moving them back to the top.

Use with either the 3m or 5m Expert aluminium telescopic poles.

Comes with a traditional saw blade, 120mm diameter.

Use Bypass tools for fine pruning, Anvil for hard or dead wood.

Chrome plated steel body for rust resistance.

How To Use

To attach the head to a pole move the lower pulley arm away from the base and insert into the pole. The locking pin will now swivel into the top of the pole as the first safety clip is applied. Move the lower pulley arm back up so that it clips firmly over the pole and apply the second safety clip. The head is now secure.

Attach the two pulley clips to the middle and lower sections of the pole, this will keep the rope in line with the pole to reduce chance of it being caught in the branches. It also keeps the puller from swinging away if you let go.

The 300mm saw blade attaches easily to the pruning head with one wing nut for larger branches.

Maintenance

Prolong effective use with regular care. Remove sap after use. Oil and sharpen as necessary and store in a dry place.
