Thermacrop is a stronger and easier to handle garden fleece fabric designed to protect tender plants and early crops. Made from woven strips of soft polyethylene, Thermacrop provides added warmth to encourage seed germination and steady plant growth. With a life expectancy of up to five years, this fabric offers reliable protection for gardens across multiple seasons.

Thermacrop Garden Fleece Fabric For Early Crops

Thermacrop garden fleece fabric helps protect crops from cold down to -3ºC. When laid directly over plants or stretched across beds, it holds warmth and encourages faster germination. This makes Thermacrop especially useful in spring for starting seedlings and in autumn for covering late crops.

Thermacrop Long Lasting Garden Fleece With Five Year Life

Thermacrop has been designed to give a longer life than standard fleece, lasting up to five years. The woven structure provides strength while staying lightweight and flexible, making it easy to place directly on crops or over frames. Being UV stabilised, Thermacrop resists sunlight damage and maintains performance year after year.

Thermacrop Stronger Garden Fleece That Allows Air And Water Through

Thermacrop garden fleece fabric allows water, light and air to pass through to plants, ensuring they stay hydrated and healthy. While protecting from frost, wind and sudden temperature drops, Thermacrop still lets crops breathe naturally for stronger growth.

Thermacrop Garden Fleece Fabric Sizes Available

How To Use

Cover the crop immediately after sowing or planting and secure on all sides. Allow some slack for the crop to grow. Crops should not remain covered for more than six to eight weeks. Potatoes may be covered until the danger of frost has passed. Melons and courgettes can be covered for longer periods as they like a more humid environment. To avoid your plants suffering "shock", remove Thermacrop during mild conditions (avoid bright sunshine and low temperatures).

Watering/Feeding: Just water and feed through the netting.

Cutting: Thermacrop can be cut with scissors.

Care: Thermacrop can be washed on a "wool" cycle in the washing machine. It should last several years.

Note: Remove during flowering if crops depend on pollination by bees
